Open Settings in the game and tap RESTORE PURCHASES (it's also at the bottom of the shop's CROWNS tab). The game also checks for unfinished purchases every time it starts, so closing and reopening it can bring them in.

Crown packs are spent as you use them, so restoring brings back purchases that never arrived, not Crowns you've already spent. Still missing? Email us with the date of the purchase and the receipt from Apple.

The leaderboard uses Apple's Game Center to confirm who posted each run. Sign in to Game Center (iPhone Settings > Game Center), then open RANKS again. You can play without it, but your runs stay on your phone and won't appear on the board.

Tap your @handle on the home screen to roll a new one, free and as often as you like. To pick your own, go to Settings > YOUR HANDLE > MAKE YOUR OWN: 3 to 20 letters, numbers, dots and underscores. Names are checked for abuse, and each one can only be taken once. A new name reaches the board with your next run.

Tap their row and choose REPORT NAME. That sends us the report and hides them on your phone. HIDE PLAYER just hides them for you; Settings brings hidden players back. Reported names are reviewed and can be removed. For anything serious, email us their handle too.

Ads only play when you choose one, like the free revive. Whether ads can be personalised is up to you: change it any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game also has ad privacy choices in its Settings, where you can change the consent you gave on Google's form. More in the Privacy Policy.

Your save (Crowns, best score, fits, settings, handle) lives on your phone: deleting the app deletes it. To remove your entries from the leaderboard, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@brainrot-arena.com with your handle as it appears on RANKS.

Coins from the earlier version turn into Crowns automatically, once, the first time you open the new version. If they didn't, email us.
